Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

Role:

Building an engaged and growing community of brand loyal followers based around the simple premise that Mozzo wants to make the world in which we live, work and play a fairer place.

Mozzo is a company with a big vision and as well as using brain power and creativity this role requires the ability to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the daily graft.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and maintain an engaged and active community of brand followers across social media (Instagram; Facebook; LinkedIn) and web platforms within target B2C and B2B audiences
  • Maintain consistent brand visuals, messaging and tone of voice on all communications
  • Drive online B2C sales growth in UK & France in line with long term company goals
  • Develop active digital relationships with existing B2B partners (customers/suppliers), to strengthen and deepen active relationships within UK, French and US Markets
  • Play an active part in the communications planning, strategy and goal setting as well as daily implementation across all digital platforms
  • Identify and develop relevant partnership with affiliate brands and/or influencers
  • Manage brand reputation online, answering and fielding online customer questions and feedback
  • Content creation across social media, websites and blogs
  • Copy writing across all media channels (on and offline)
  • Identify new sales and/or partnership opportunities for the brand across all markets
  • Run SEO, Google and Facebook advertising in line with agreed budgets
  • Analysing communication & promotions activity to establish relevant ROI
  • Keeping up to date with latest digital trends as well as coffee market knowledge

Contract –

Full Time – Permanent, November start

Salary -

Place of Work -

Southampton (although remote working considered for right person)

Other requirements -

  • Full driver’s license and ability to travel (UK & Abroad)
  • Ability to work outside usual business hours when required
