      A sweet and balanced coffee featuring notes of ripe and citrus fruits complementing sumptuous flavours of dark chocolate. Smooth on the finish with a silky mouthfeel and beautifully balanced medium acidity.

      The Cooperative:  

      Situated in areas of outstanding natural beauty in North Wiwili, we visited La Providencia cooperative in Nicaragua last year and were absorbed by the passionate and collaborative spirit of the Nicaraguan people. Learning first-hand how the 332 farmer members work to ensure their coffee contributes to the health of the land, the farmers and the people who drink it, we spent time with a youth project who were producing bio-fertilisers and pesticides in response to the rising cost of chemical products and need for better environmental solutions.
