New Year, Bigger Impact…
We’re kicking off 2025 with a whopping thank you for all your support in 2024. With your help last year, we were able to contribute over £30,000 into the C2C Fund™, bringing the total raised to date to £152, 317.54. This, along with our Life Saving Coffee campaign, has so far enabled:
- Improved infrastructure & quality for Muungano Cooperative, Kiniezire, DRC
- The build of the Hospital of Hope with Rebuild Women’s Hope Cooperative, Idjwi Island, DRC
- The transformation of 4 schools in rural Honduras with Solcafe
- The foundations of the Hospital of Hope extension project, due for completion by Dec this year
With big plans for 2025, we’re brewing up even more positive change including new roastery equipment, new community-focussed coffees, evermore impactful partnerships and a celebration or two to share with you.

January is for Winners
We were delighted to welcome 2 sets of coffee competition winners to Mozzo World this month. Firstly, it was wonderful to meet Hampshire Fare winners Matt and Anna (and little baby Isla) to give them a tour of the Roastery and involve them in a fully interactive coffee experience. Diving head first into everything coffee, from the history of the beloved bean to preparing the perfect cup with our dynamic Director of Coffee, Danielle.
A few days later, we happily hosted our Buzzed Coffee Bar 1st birthday celebration winners Ollie and Chris. Immersing themselves in all things bean to brew and knocking out some very impressive latte art, we wonder if we’ve met some new Buzzed baristas in the making…

Customer Service Heroes…
Did you spot us?! On Monday 13th Jan, Mozzo was featured in an article by The Observer on companies that go “above and beyond” for their customers. Sharing her experience of ordering coffee online with us, a reader wrote in expressing her gratitude for our help in getting her the coffee she wanted, despite making a mistake when placing her order. Whilst we are not in this business for the recognition or rewards, it served as further endorsement that doing the small things well and providing a truly personal service remains at the core of how we do what we do.
