Free mainland UK next working day delivery via UPS on orders over £15.00 or more.

We offer a flat rate shipping of £3.60 with UPS for any orders below £20.00.

Free DPD courier available for capsule collection.

We operate from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If you place your order before 12pm between Monday to Thursday, it will be delivered the next working day. If you place your order after 12pm on Thursday, your order will be processed the following Monday.

There is a minimum order on our brew-in-cup coffee bags and capsules. You can choose from across the range.

• Minimum order of 3 boxes of brew-in-cup coffee bags (choose from across the range).
• Minimum order of 5 tubes (50 capsules) of our capsules (choose from across the range)

Currently, we don’t offer international or Non-mainland UK deliveries. Non-mainland UK includes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.

We operate in the US, if you wish to order your Mozzo coffee to be delivered across the US, please visit our Mozzo US website

Sometimes, we may include a free sample from one of our friends in your delivery. The free samples typically consist of food items and may contain specific allergens. If you prefer not to receive complimentary samples, please let us know by including a note with your order.

If, for any reason, your order arrived damaged or incorrect, Mozzo will happily help. Simply reach out to us at orders@mozzocoffee.com or give us a call on 02380 700 007 to arrange a refund or replacement within 14 days of receipt of your order.
