With summer finally here why not enjoy a refreshing twist to a coffee mocktail, our take on the coffee colada. Follow this simple recipe using our seasonal coffee blend RISE to make the coolest icy coconut coffee drink for summertime.
Step 1
Fill a blender with 100ml of your milk/alternative of choice
Step 2
Pour in a double shot of Rise Espresso
Our favourite recipe:
- 18g ground coffee
- Brewed to 35 - 40g liquid espresso
- 28 - 32 seconds extraction time
Step 3
Add in 2 tablespoons of Coconut Cream (or more if you like it sweet)
Step 4
Pop in a handful of ice and blend all ingredients thoroughly
Step 5
Serve and enjoy!
