Donas Do Café project, Sul de Minas, Brazil

Translating as 'The women owners of coffee', Donas Do Café project was set up in 2020 to champion and bring visibility to the women working, and often leading, in several coffee farms from SMC coffee cooperative in Brazil. Here the women are presented and recognised for their fundamental contribution, especially regarding the processing skills needed to effectively produce high-quality speciality-grade coffee.

Two family-owned and female-focussed coffee farms Sitio Sao Joao and Sitio Maranhao within the cooperative contribute to this limited-edition single origin coffee.
