Crack open your leftover Easter chocolate and turn it into iced mocha magic! Perfect for coffee lovers who like a little chocolatey mischief in their cup...
Step 1
Fill your favourite glass with ice.
Step 2
Fill your glass 3/4 of the way with milk of your choice.
Step 3
Make an espresso using HOUSE espresso (or DECAF espresso for a low-caffeine version, perfect for the kids this half-term).
Our suggested HOUSE espresso recipe:
- 18g espresso ground
- Brewed to 40-45g liquid espresso
- 26-30 seconds extraction time
Step 4
Dissolve some chocolate into the espresso.
(We broke off some Easter egg chocolate for this step, but you can use any chocolate or chocolate powder.)
Step 5
Pour the chocolate espresso mixture over the ice and milk.
Optional steps:
For a fun serving twist… Use a hot circular piping nozzle to make a hole in the back of your chocolate bunny (the wider end works best). Then, create a smaller hole at the mouth with the opposite end of the nozzle.
Pour your iced mocha into the larger hole at the back using a funnel, and pour out through the bunny’s mouth!
